Sometimes Telegram Stars are deducted but credits don't appear on your balance. Don't panic — this usually resolves in a couple of minutes.
Go to Profile, scroll down and tap "Log out". Then restart the app and log in again. In most cases credits will appear after re-login.
Open your transaction history in Telegram settings (Settings → Telegram Stars → History). Take a screenshot of the transaction and send it to support: support@creatorry.ru or @creatorrybot.
Issues are usually resolved within one business day. If payment went through on Telegram's side — we will add the credits manually.
